The power of OCM is vested in the General Assembly, which meets once every year. Each Ordinary Member is entitled to send three (3) delegates to the Annual General Assembly while an Associate Member is entitled to send one (1) delegate.

Meanwhile, the Executive Council of the OCM meets every quarterly to act on and carry out the objects of the OCM and decisions of the General Assembly. The Executive Council comprise of delegates (one each) from OCM’s Affiliates.

In between Executive Council meetings, the Executive Board, comprising of twelve (12) elected officials, meet once (1) every two (2) months to administer the business of the OCM.

The day-to-day running of the OCM lies with the Administration.
