The OCM Education and Training Committee is coordinating the third Sport Administrators Course (SAC) for sports officials of the National Sports Associations, State Sports Associations and sports clubs, from 14th to 16th July 2023 at the Training Hall, Level 2C, OCM Indoor Sports Complex, Kuala Lumpur.
The Course is being conducted by 2 accredited National Course Directors (NCDs), namely Assoc. Prof. Dr. Selina Khoo Phaik Lin and the General Manager of OCM, Mr. Fong Wan Hor. They are being assisted by a team of facilitators as follows:

The Course kicked-off with a briefing of the SAC and the introduction to the Principles, Structure and Leadership of the Olympic Movement by Ms. Moira Tan Siew See, the Assistant Secretary-General of OCM, who is also the Chairperson of the OCM Education and Training Committee.
The Opening Ceremony of the Course was officiated by Datuk Mohd Nasir Ali, the Assistant Treasurer of OCM, who is also the Chef de Mission of the Malaysian Contingent to the 32nd SEA Games Cambodia 2023.

The Course was attended by a total of 32 participants, 13 males (41%) and 19 females (59%) comprising of 22 from the National Sports Associations, 4 from the State Sports Associations and 6 from the Sports Clubs.
The OCM would also like to record a special thanks to 7 National Sports Associations (NSAs) affiliated to OCM namely Badminton, Basketball, Cycling, Football, Lawn Bowls, Sailing and Softball, for sending their office bearers and employees to attend the Course.

Dato’ Sieh Kok Chi was born on the 8th of November 1938. After his retirement in 1991, as an Engineer in the Department of Irrigation and Drainage Malaysia, Dato’ Sieh chose to continue his involvement, full time, in the field of sports, where his life-long passion was, especially in the Olympic Council of Malaysia (OCM).
Born on 21st March 1949, Y.A.M Tunku Tan Sri Imran is the second son of the late Tuanku Jaafar, an elected monarch of the Negeri Sembilan. Tunku Imran was educated in the UK at the King’s School, Canterbury and studied law at Nottingham University before being called to the Bar at Gray’s Inn, London in 1971 and qualifying as a Barrister at Law.
