Executive Board
The members of the OCM Executive Board, elected by the General Assembly, consists of:
- A President;
- A Deputy President;
- Five (5) Vice Presidents, at least one (1) of whom shall be of different genders;
- A Secretary General;
- Two (2) Assistant Secretary General whom shall be of different genders;
- A Treasurer; and
- An Assistant Treasurer.
Additionally, the following are appointed members of the OCM Executive Board:
- Any member of the IOC residing in Malaysia;
- Any Honorary Member of the IOC residing in Malaysia;
- A representative of the Athletes’ Commission;
- The Secretary General of the Ministry of Youth & Sports, Malaysia;
- The Director-General of the National Sports Council, Malaysia;
- The Chief Executive Officer of the National Sports Institute;
- The Director of the Sports Division of the Ministry of Education;
- not more than four (4) persons to be appointed by the Council, of whom, at least two (2) shall be women, provided they are not from Members of the OCM, whose representative are holding any office in the Executive Board.

The duties and powers of the Executive Board are: –
- to exercise the powers of the Executive Council between meetings.
- to administer the business of the OCM.
- to authorize payments pending the approval of the budget by the Executive Council.
- to decide on OCM’s representation to any international meeting, conference, seminar or international Games.
- to prepare all necessary reports to the Executive Council.
- to fix the date, venue and agenda of the Executive Council and General Assemblies.
- to convene an Arbitration Tribunal to settle any dispute or between Members, pursuant to Article 22.2 of the OCM Constitution
- to appoint, or dismiss, any employee of the OCM.
