The Committee shall be responsible for the following:
- To establish rules and regulations for the proper management and maintenance of Wisma OCM;
- To plan and submit proposals for upgrading of Wisma OCM from time to time, for consideration and approval;
- To monitor and provide reports on any renovation and upgrading works of Wisma OCM;
- To plan for maximal utilisation and revenue of Wisma OCM including but not limited to rental of available space and facilities.
