The Committee shall be responsible for the following:
- To advise OCM on all matters involving legal issues that are referred to the Committee;
- To advise and assist in the preparation of legal documents including agreements as and when required;
- To advise OCM on issues related to the OCM’s Constitution and By-Laws;
- To advise and assist all OCM’s affiliates with regards their constitutions and by-laws.
- to assist national sports associations to resolve a sport dispute as between a member and OCM; a member and another member of OCM; and a member of OCM and any of its member affiliate in the state, club or individual.
