The 38th OCA General Assembly was held on Sunday, 3 March 2019, at the InterContinental Bangkok Hotel.
The General Assembly was chaired by H.E. Sheikh Ahmad Al-Fahad Al-Sabah, President of the OCA.
The OCM was officially represented by three (3) delegates as follows:
