Sport Administrators Course No. 3 (2023) – Closing

The Sport Administrators Course No. 3 (2023) for sports officials of the National Sports Associations (NSAs), State Sports Associations (SSAs) and sports clubs was successfully concluded on Sunday, 16th July 2023.

The Closing Ceremony and Presentation of Certificates were officiated by Mr. Chan Foong Keong, the Assistant Secretary General of OCM.

In his closing speech, Mr. Chan congratulated the OCM Education and Training Committee, which is chaired by Ms. Moira Tan Siew See, another Assistant Secretary General of OCM, for a job well done.

He also thanked the National Course Directors (NCDs) namely Assoc. Prof. Dr. Selina Khoo Phaik Lin and Mr. Fong Wan Hor and the team of facilitators for their services and contributions toward the successful organization of the Sport Administrators Course No. 3 (2023).

“On behalf of the OCM, I would like to thank the National Sports Associations affiliated to OCM namely Badminton, Basketball, Cycling, Football, Lawn Bowls, Sailing and Softball, for their support by sending their office bearers and staff to attend this Course”,

“The knowledge that you have gained will definitely enhance you to manage your association efficiently and effectively and more so, in the organisation of sporting events from the levels of district, state, national and world” quoted Mr. Chan.

Mr. Chan then presented the Certificates of the Sport Administrators Course issued by the Olympic Solidarity to the following 32 participants who had successfully completed the Course:
