The Malaysian Contingent to the VII Commonwealth Youth Games Trinbago 2023 will be departing to Trinidad and Tobago in the early morning on Wednesday, 2nd August 2023.
The Malaysian Contingent of 24 members headed by the Chef de Mission, Mrs. Ang Li Peng, will be traveling with KLM Royal Dutch Airlines and expected to arrive in the Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago in the afternoon (local time) on Thursday, 3 August 2023.
The CGA Malaysia has coordinated a simple sending-off for the Malaysian Contingent at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) in the late evening on Tuesday, 1 August 2023.

“I am all ready to be the supporting system to our young athletes to the Commonwealth Youth Games be it sharing of my past experiences as a former national athlete, my knowledge in legal practice and safeguarding in sport” quoted Mrs. Ang Li Peng, who is also a certified IOC Safeguarding Officer in Sport.

Dato’ Sieh Kok Chi was born on the 8th of November 1938. After his retirement in 1991, as an Engineer in the Department of Irrigation and Drainage Malaysia, Dato’ Sieh chose to continue his involvement, full time, in the field of sports, where his life-long passion was, especially in the Olympic Council of Malaysia (OCM).
Born on 21st March 1949, Y.A.M Tunku Tan Sri Imran is the second son of the late Tuanku Jaafar, an elected monarch of the Negeri Sembilan. Tunku Imran was educated in the UK at the King’s School, Canterbury and studied law at Nottingham University before being called to the Bar at Gray’s Inn, London in 1971 and qualifying as a Barrister at Law.
