The NOC Malaysia welcomes the Torch and the Flame 🔥 of the 32nd SEA Games and the 12th ASEAN Para Games Cambodia 2023 to Malaysia on Wednesday, 5th April 2023.
The Royal Torch Lighting Ceremony for the 32nd SEA Games and the 12th ASEAN Para Games, which was graced by His Majesty Preah Bat Samdech Preah Boromneath NORODOM SIHAMONI, King of the Kingdom of Cambodia, was held on Tuesday, 21st March 2023, at the Angkor Wat Temple, Siem Reap Province, Cambodia.
Since Wednesday, 22nd March 2023, the Torch and the Flame 🔥 which carries the values of peace, friendship and solidarity of the Olympic Movement and the spirit of the people of Cambodia, is travelling to all the ten (10) countries of the SEAGF Members NOCs.
The delegation of the CAMSOC is headed by H.E. Mr. Hor Saron, the Secretary of the Ministry of Tourism and Special Envoy of the National Committee of CAMSOC, landed at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) from Timor-Leste.
The delegation is warmly welcomed by H.E. Mr. Ouk Chandara, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Cambodia to Malaysia and Datuk Mohd Nasir Ali, Assistant Treasurer of NOC Malaysia, who is also the Chef de Mission of the Malaysian Contingent to the 32nd SEA Games Cambodia 2023.

Dato’ Sieh Kok Chi was born on the 8th of November 1938. After his retirement in 1991, as an Engineer in the Department of Irrigation and Drainage Malaysia, Dato’ Sieh chose to continue his involvement, full time, in the field of sports, where his life-long passion was, especially in the Olympic Council of Malaysia (OCM).
Born on 21st March 1949, Y.A.M Tunku Tan Sri Imran is the second son of the late Tuanku Jaafar, an elected monarch of the Negeri Sembilan. Tunku Imran was educated in the UK at the King’s School, Canterbury and studied law at Nottingham University before being called to the Bar at Gray’s Inn, London in 1971 and qualifying as a Barrister at Law.
